1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions to ClawDrift Chat come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase - no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Renewal payments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee but may still qualify for a refund under the circumstances described below.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@clawdrift.com with the email address associated with your account. No explanation is required for refund requests within the 7-day guarantee period.

Please include "Refund Request" in your subject line so we can prioritize your request.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of your request. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period
  • You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind

5. Proactive Refund Policy

We believe in treating our customers fairly. If we identify service issues that significantly impact your experience - such as extended outages, billing errors, or degraded performance - we will proactively issue refunds or credits without requiring you to file a dispute or contact your bank.

If you experience any issues with the Service, please reach out to us directly. We would much rather resolve the issue and keep you as a happy customer than have you go through a dispute process.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@clawdrift.com. We respond to all billing inquiries within 24 hours.

We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster than a formal bank dispute process, which can take weeks or months. Filing a dispute with your bank before contacting us may result in delays and additional complications for both parties.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases where an account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abusive behavior, fraud, or activities that harm the Service or other users.
