Cancel Your Subscription

We make it easy to cancel. No hoops, no hidden steps. You can cancel your subscription at any time using our self-serve billing portal.

Option 1: Cancel from the app

  1. 1.Sign in to ClawDrift Chat
  2. 2.Click “Account” in the bottom-left sidebar
  3. 3.Select “Manage Billing”
  4. 4.Click “Cancel plan” in the Stripe billing portal

Option 2: Cancel via Stripe directly

Find a recent receipt email from Stripe (from ClawDrift) and click “Manage Subscription” to open your billing portal directly. Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with.

Option 3: Email us

If you prefer, email us and we'll cancel your subscription for you — usually within a few hours.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your conversation history is preserved — you can re-subscribe anytime to access it again.
